Kinbridge is partnering with a well established manufacturing organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner supporting its Operations Division. 

This is a highly visible role working closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight and commercial support across a complex manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in helping drive performance, identifying efficiencies and supporting strategic decisions making across the organisation. 

The Opportunity 

Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will act as a trusted partner to operational stakeholders, providing financial support across manufacturing, production and supply chain. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Partner with operational leaders to support business performance and decision making
  • Attend operational meetings and provide timely financial insight and analysis 
  • Deliver meaningful reporting, analysis and recommendations to support operational outcomes
  • Analyse manufacturing costs, operational performance and key business drivers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimisation and cost savings 
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities 
  • Maintain and review costing models and operational performance metrics
  • End of month duties, journals, reporting etc 
About You 

To be succesulf in this role, you will bring the following
  • Previous manufacturing experience is essential, applications without manufacturing experience will not be considered for this role
  • Strong understanding of costing, inventory and operational finance principles
  • Experience partnering with operational stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement 
  • CA or CPA qualified
