The Opportunity
Kinbridge is partnering with a growing and well-established financial services business seeking a Credit Analyst / Credit Assessor to join their team.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership of mortgage applications from submission through to approval, working closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to structure and progress deals.
If you’re looking to step into a role with more ownership, variety and commercial exposure, this is a strong opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residential mortgage applications end-to-end
  • Analyse income, liabilities, servicing and supporting documentation
  • Identify risks, gaps and structuring opportunities within deals
  • Liaise with brokers and stakeholders to progress applications
  • Provide clear recommendations and outcomes
  • Manage a pipeline of files in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in residential lending / credit assessment
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and credit principles
  • Experience managing applications end-to-end
  • Ability to assess and structure deals, not just process them
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Highly regarded:
  • Experience within non-bank lenders, smaller lenders or broker environments
  • Exposure to complex or non-standard lending scenarios
What’s on Offer

  • A role with genuine ownership and impact
  • Clear pathway for progression as the business grows
